Heritage Walk

This walk will explore some of Morvern's rich heritage in the company of members of the local Morvern Heritage Society. Bring stout footwear and waterproofs. Vehicle options may be available for the less able to reach parts of the route. The itinerary will be confirmed on the day.

Morvern Triathlon

400 meters swim across the Loch Aline narrows, 9 kilometres cycle on a mixture of rough land rover tracks (not suitable for road racing bikes) and quiet public roads, 3 kilometres run along the west bank of Loch Aline back to the starting point. Rahoy Wildlife Walk

Discover the wildlife of a romote and unique reserve in the heart of Morvern. Led by Scottish Wildlife Trust ranger Isabel Isherwood. Bring a snack and wear suitable footwear

Herbal Medicine Walk

Led by herbalist Clare Holohan. Learn how local plants can bring relief and cure a range of ailments and improve your plant identification skills in the company of a trained herbalist.

Bus transport for over-18s (plus youngsters and their parents) available from Strontian Tourist Information parking place at 8pm. The bus will return to Strontian from Knock Park, Lochaline at 1am.

Kids' Crab Catching Competition

11am, Lochaline Old Pier


Ladies Fun Evening

Teams must register by the end of Saturday the 16th of July at the Garden Centre Stall at Games' day. All details will be provided at the stall. The winning tema gets to use the Rasul Mud Room, courtesy of the Isle of Mull Hotel.
